Now still waiting for chem remedial to start. Been rotting in the comp lab with STELLA QUEK for 2 hrs. & will continue to rot.(:
Oh well, genting competition is way too soon. But I'm rather looking forward to it. Gotta rush through the tanbo ensemble song with the rest.:D Anw, combined with mco on sat. Many great CO pals were back as well. Hah, my lovely juniors.(: And I would say that I miss the feeling of combined. How to say. As in, haven't felt the enthusiasm in combine practices ever since I left SYCO.
Come to think about it, I learnt quite alot from these 3 years in SYCO. Every conductor or instructor that I came across, allowed me to gain fruitful experiences from them. Differentiated and unique. We learn different things from different people and thats how we learn to handle different task assigned to us. I grew up here and mature from here. In SYCO, I experienced adults world affairs in handling things. Especially facing problems which struck us unprepared. Friends as you see them, they can appear to be another kind. Mask, we're all wearing that. There's no apparent reason why anyone would choose to lead this kinda life, but its just human nature, I guessed. From teachers like Mr Quek, I learn to face the problem and adopt the right way to solve it. He taught me to be confident and daring. He said to em, don't apologise for the mmistakes you made, but rather, learn frrom it and remember it. Make sure you never commit the same mistakes again. Alright, it takes alot to comprehend this and put to actions. I'm still in the process of learning and adhering to it.(: Though I'm not at all close to Mr Quek, but he has enlightened me in one way or another.
Technically, I learnt more than I expected. Apart from the minimal private lessons I've had with Situ, this is the place which gave me the opportunity to improve. Private lesssons, up till now I've had less than 20? Out of which several were for zhongruan grading. Well, I must say that Situ is yet another teacher who aided in my improvement tremendously. He's one teacher who is really commendable. He wants the best for his students, he tries his best to teach whatever he can. Not a spendthrift yet generous teacher. He gave us opportunities and his words never fails to edge us on. Maybe a lil sarcasm at times, but we benefited from it. All in all, he's one nice teacher who never fails to give ample encouragements and support to his student. So, its a big big thank you to Situ Laoshi.(:
And not forgetting the man who brought me to all these, that is my conductor, Mr Low!(: Without him, I guessed I wouldn't have met these great teachers. He laid the path for me, brought me to the CO scene. A great conductor, and inspiring too. He's taught me values of life and also allow me to grow through the several leadership posts. through the meetings, though tedious, I learn the way to manage things. Without him, I would not even know the existence of SYCO. Heh, considering the fact that I used to be such a newbie in CO. All these years, we've all grown and are occupied with other matters, but I'll always remember this teacher. Without him, I wouldn't be kicking alive in CO. Probably CO will just be any other CCA, that is it. We've had fun together with a few other great co pals.(: I will never forget the times where u snatched my bowling ball when I was about to give the throw. the times where you acted like a kid and played with us. All these, are etched in my mind. Thanks for being in part of my life.
饮水思源; thousands 谢谢。
& now, there's still much room for improvement, in fact, A LOT.(:
